What’s your return policy?

We offer a 30-day guarantee. You can return your CLARAMIST Halo™ if it’s unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We got you. Send a photo and your order number to support@claramist.com, and we’ll make it right.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is approved and received, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

If your product is unused and within 30 days of delivery, we’ll happily exchange it. Just reach out and we’ll guide you through the steps.

Can I return a used diffuser?

No. For hygiene and product integrity, used or water-filled diffusers cannot be returned.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best. Email us ASAP with your order number at support@claramist.com.

How long does shipping take?

We typically ship within 1–3 business days, with delivery in 7–15 days depending on your location.

Each product comes with a quick-start guide, but we’re working on adding tutorials to our site soon. Need help now? Reach out and we’ll walk you through it.

Are your products safe for pets and kids?

Yes — our mists are non-toxic and made for daily use. Just don’t let little ones or pets play with the device itself.

Can I use essential oils with CLARAMIST Halo™?

Yes , a few drops are fine, but avoid heavy or carrier oils to protect the device.

Do I need to clean the device? How often?

Yes — for best performance, clean your device once a week with a soft cloth and water. Avoid harsh cleaners or soaps.
